Job Title: Security Systems Sales Manager
Location: Dublin
Salary: From €60,000 to €65,000 per annum + Company Car/Allowance + Commission + Bonus + Pension + Life Assurance

Technical Resources are recruiting for a Security Systems Sales Manager to develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts across Dublin and the surrounding areas. You will be working for a leading provider of electronic security solutions, delivering CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems to a wide range of commercial clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven sales professional with strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems who can build lasting customer relationships, identify new opportunities and consistently exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and win new business opportunities across the electronic security sector
● Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and key accounts
● Achieve and exceed individual sales and order intake targets
● Conduct site surveys and assist with system designs and quotations
● Deliver professional presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
● Work closely with installation, service, bid and design teams to ensure successful project delivery
● Produce accurate sales forecasts, reports and pipeline updates
● Negotiate commercial agreements in line with company guidelines
● Support the preparation of tenders, quotations and technical proposals
● Research market trends, competitors and opportunities for business growth
● Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems
Experience and Certifications required:
● A minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical security sales role
● Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems
● Proven track record of winning new business and developing existing accounts
● Experience negotiating installation and maintenance contracts up to €2 million
● Strong customer relationship management and account development skills
● Experience working with major contractors and high-end clients
● Excellent communication, presentation and bid writing skills
● Full clean manual driving licence
● Fluent written and spoken English
● Right to work within the UK/EU
