Responsibilities
- Designing mechanical & natural smoke ventilation systems
- Ensuring compliance with EN12101, BS9999 & building regs
- Working closely with project teams to deliver fully integrated solutions
- Reviewing CFD analysis to optimise system performance
- Producing detailed technical documentation and design packs
Experience
- Experience in smoke ventilation or building services design
- CAD experience (AutoCAD, Revit or similar)
- Strong understanding of fire safety / ventilation principles
- Someone proactive, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple projects
