Are you an Operations Manager with experience in the Fire and Security sector looking for your next challenge in Essex? As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a growing fire and security business, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Fire and Security division.
- Manage operational performance to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Support and lead engineering and operational teams.
- Monitor workloads and resource planning across multiple projects.
- Drive high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
Experience and Certifications required:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in an operational management role.
- Previous experience within the Fire and Security industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
