Job Title: Fire Project Manager
Location: London
Rate: £350 per day
Duration: 6 Month Contract
Are you a Fire Project Manager looking for your next contract opportunity in London? Technical Resources are recruiting for an experienced Fire Project Manager to oversee multiple fire safety projects within commercial office environments. You will be responsible for managing projects from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance, quality and timely delivery across multiple live sites.
Description of contract/programme of works:
● Manage multiple fire safety and fire protection projects across commercial office sites in London
● Oversee all project stages from planning through to handover and completion
● Manage site teams, subcontractors and key stakeholder relationships
● Ensure project documentation, reporting and milestones are completed on time and within budget
● Coordinate with design, compliance and installation teams to maintain quality and safety standards
● Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and fire safety requirements
● Conduct regular site visits while managing project delivery remotely when required
Experience required:
● A minimum of 5 years' experience managing fire safety or fire protection projects
● Strong experience managing projects under JCT contracts
● Experience delivering projects within commercial office environments
● Proven ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously
● Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
● CSCS or ECS Card (Essential)
● SMSTS or SSSTS (Highly Beneficial)
● BS7858 Security Vetting (Must be initiated prior to start date)
● Full UK driving licence
