Fire Alarm Project Manager
Location: South East
Salary: £50,000 to 55,000 + Car or Allowance + Bonus
Technical Resources are partnered with a leading, BAFE-accredited fire and life safety specialist to recruit a Fire Alarm Project Manager in the South. Due to continued growth, our client requires an experienced Fire Alarm Project Manager to run multiple projects from start through to handover.
This is a hybrid position offering remote working flexibility, with office attendance when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full project lifecycle, including planning, delivery, and handover
- Managing Multiple projects at any one time with values ranging up to £300k.
- Overseeing contractors and direct labour on site to ensure programme, quality, and safety are achieved.
- Carrying out site visits, site meetings
- Producing and managing RAMs and related project documentation.
- Technical Support for both engineers and clients.
- Delivering toolbox talks.
- Ensuring Health & Safety is adhered.
- Preparing monthly progress and financial reports for the Directors.
- Working with Gent fire alarm systems and associated fire (and potentially security) solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Strong technical understanding of fire alarm systems.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage site teams and subcontractors.
- Confident communicator, comfortable leading meetings with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience of managing P&L and delivering projects to time and budget.
