Job Title: Embedded Security Project Manager
Location: London
Salary: £75k + Bonus + Car Allowance

As an Embedded Security Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of security integration projects across commercial, corporate, and high-security environments, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities:
* Manage the full project lifecycle for embedded security installations, from initial design review and procurement through to commissioning and handover.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, maintaining clear communication throughout project delivery.
* Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and installation teams on site, ensuring works are carried out safely and in line with project specifications.
* Monitor project budgets, track costs, and produce regular progress reports for senior management and clients.
* Identify and manage risks, resolving technical and programme issues to keep projects on track.
* Ensure all works comply with relevant industry standards, site health and safety requirements, and client-specific protocols.
Experience and Certifications required:
* Proven experience of at least 3–5 years managing security integration or electronic security projects in a project management capacity.
* Demonstrable knowledge of embedded security systems, including access control, CCTV, intruder detection, and associated infrastructure.
* Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets and programmes.
* Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels.
* Full UK driving licence.
* SMSTS or SSSTS qualification (desirable).
* NSI or BSIA membership or accreditation awareness (desirable).
