Job Title: Security Installation Engineer
Location: Snodland, Kent
Rate: £220 per day
Are you a Security Installation Engineer based in Kent looking for your next contract opportunity? As a Security Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of security systems across a range of commercial and residential sites throughout Surrey, South London, and the surrounding areas. You will be joining an established company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality security solutions to its customers.
Responsibilities:
* Install, configure and commission Intruder Alarm systems to manufacturer and industry standards.
* Install and set up Access Control systems, including readers, controllers and door hardware.
* Install CCTV systems, including cameras, DVR/NVR units and associated cabling.
* Carry out cable runs, containment and terminations to a high standard across all security disciplines.
* Liaise with site teams and clients to ensure installations are completed on time and to specification.
* Complete all relevant paperwork and handover documentation upon job completion.
Experience and Certifications required:
* Proven experience as a Security Installation Engineer, with hands-on knowledge of Intruder Alarms, Access Control and CCTV systems.
* Experience working across a range of commercial and residential sites.
* Ability and willingness to travel across Surrey, South London and surrounding areas as required.
* Full UK driving licence.
* ECS or CSCS card (required).
* NSI or SSAIB installer certification (desirable).
