Job Title: Security Installation Engineer
Location: Leeds
Length: 3 weeks
Rate: £220 per day
Are you a Security Installation Engineer based in Leeds looking for your next contract opportunity? As a Security Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of security systems across a range of commercial and residential sites, ensuring all works are completed to the required standard and in line with client specifications. You will be joining an established company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality security solutions to its customers.
Responsibilities:
* Install and commission Access Control systems across a variety of site types.
* Install and configure Door Entry systems, ensuring correct operation and client handover.
* Install, set up and test CCTV systems, including cameras, DVRs/NVRs and cabling infrastructure.
* Carry out cable containment and first-fix works in preparation for security system installations.
* Complete all relevant documentation and job records accurately upon completion of works.
* Liaise with site teams and clients to ensure installations are delivered on time and to specification.
Experience and Certifications required:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in security system installation within a commercial or residential environment.
* Proven competency in Access Control, Door Entry and CCTV installation and commissioning.
* Experience working with leading security system manufacturers and platforms.
* Full UK driving licence.
* ECS Card (desirable).
* DBS Check (desirable).
