Job Title: Regional Service Manager
Location: South
Salary: From £45,000 to £50,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Regional Service Manager looking for a leadership role across the South? Technical Resources is recruiting for a Regional Service Manager to oversee a large team of field-based engineers, driving service delivery, performance, and operational growth. You will be working for a leading UK manufacturer and service provider within the access solutions and industrial door sector.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll play a key role in shaping the engineering function, improving standards, and supporting future growth across the region.

Responsibilities:

● Lead a team of 20 engineers through 3 Lead Engineers
● Take ownership of regional service delivery, performance, and P&L
● Conduct engineer audits, 1-2-1s, and performance management reviews
● Drive training, upskilling, and continuous improvement initiatives
● Manage escalations, complaints, and key client relationships
● Support recruitment and expansion of the engineering team
● Help shape team structure and long-term growth strategy

Experience and Certifications required:

● Strong experience managing field-based engineering teams
● Proven ability to drive KPIs and improve service performance
● Solid Health & Safety knowledge within industrial or service environments
● Background in industrial doors, access solutions, or a similar sector
● A hands-on management style with the ability to lead from the front
● Motivated, structured, and proactive approach to leadership
