Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer
Location: Hull
Rate: £220 per day
Are you a Fire and Security Service Engineer based in Hull looking for your next contract opportunity? As a Fire and Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding of fire and security systems across a range of commercial and residential sites throughout Yorkshire. You will be joining an established company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality fire and security solutions to its customers.
Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance and servicing of fire alarm, intruder alarm, access control, and CCTV systems.
* Diagnose and resolve faults across a range of fire and security systems in a timely and professional manner.
* Complete accurate service records and site documentation following each visit.
* Liaise with site contacts and clients to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance activities.
* Travel to sites across Yorkshire, managing your own schedule and workload effectively.
Experience and Certifications required:
* Proven experience as a Fire and Security Service Engineer, with a strong background across fire alarms, intruder alarms, access control, and CCTV systems.
* Demonstrable fault-finding and diagnostic skills across multiple system types and manufacturers.
* Willingness and ability to travel across the Yorkshire region as required.
* Full UK driving licence.
* FIA or NSI/SSAIB recognised qualification (desirable).
* ECS/CSCS card (desirable).
