Job Title: Security Service Engineer
Location: Glasgow
Rate: £220 per day
Are you a Security Service Engineer based in Glasgow looking for your next contract opportunity? As a Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and fault finding of security systems across a range of commercial and residential sites throughout the Central Belt. You will be joining an established company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality security solutions to its customers.
Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive servicing of security systems including Access Control, Door Entry, Intruder Alarms, and CCTV.
* Diagnose and resolve faults across a variety of installed security systems in a timely and professional manner.
* Complete accurate service records and documentation following each site visit.
* Liaise with clients on-site to communicate fault findings, completed works, and any recommendations.
* Ensure all works are carried out in line with industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
Experience and Certifications required:
* Minimum 20 years of experience working on Access Control, Door Entry, Intruder Alarms, and CCTV systems.
* Proven fault finding and diagnostic skills across a broad range of security systems.
* Experience servicing systems from multiple manufacturers across varied site types.
* Full UK driving licence.
* SIA licence (desirable).
* FIA or NSI-recognised training (desirable).
