Technical Resources is partnering with a leading provider of integrated security systems to hire a Security Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle of high-security installations across prestigious and complex environments, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery: Lead end-to-end delivery of security system installations across high-profile sites including stadiums, police facilities, and MOD establishments.
- Programme Management: Develop and maintain project programmes, managing timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.
- Stakeholder & Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships with end users, main contractors, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Technical Oversight & Reporting: Produce and review technical documentation including O&M manuals, handover packs, risk assessments, and progress reports for internal and client stakeholders.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with relevant industry standards and regulations, including BS EN 50132, NSI/SSAIB requirements, and site-specific security protocols applicable to MOD and blue-light environments.
Experience & Qualifications Required
Essential:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Security Project Manager within the electronic security industry.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on project management experience with integrated security systems including CCTV, access control, intruder detection, and perimeter security — familiarity with platforms such as Genetec, Lenel, or Gallagher is advantageous.
- Project/Operational Scope: Proven track record delivering projects within high-security, sensitive, or complex environments such as stadia, law enforcement, or government/defence sites.
- Soft Skills: Strong client-facing communication skills, confident stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Mobility & Eligibility: Full UK driving licence and Right to Work in the UK; ability to meet security vetting requirements for police and MOD sites.
Desirable:
- Certifications: PRINCE2 or equivalent project management qualification; CSCS/ECS card; NSI or SSAIB accreditation awareness; SC or DV clearance (or willingness to undergo vetting).
- Sector Background: Prior experience delivering projects within critical national infrastructure, government, or defence sectors.
