Job Title: Fire Risk Assessor

Are you a qualified Fire Risk Assessor looking to work on a wide range of complex commercial projects across the UK? Technical Resources are recruiting for a Level 4 Fire Risk Assessor to join a leading nationwide fire safety provider delivering compliance and life safety solutions across healthcare, retail, education, manufacturing, hospitality, and commercial environments. Responsibilities:
● Conduct PAS 79 compliant Fire Risk Assessments across a variety of building types
● Evaluate fire safety measures and fire management procedures
● Produce clear, accurate, and professional Fire Risk Assessment reports
● Provide practical and prioritised recommendations to reduce fire risk
● Advise Responsible Persons, property managers, and building owners on fire safety compliance
● Support clients with understanding UK fire safety legislation and risk reduction strategies
● Carry out site inspections across commercial, healthcare, retail, education, and industrial environments
● Ensure compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005
Experience and Certifications required:
● Recognised Level 4 Fire Risk Assessment qualification
● Minimum of 2 years’ experience carrying out Fire Risk Assessments across multiple building types
● Membership of a recognised fire safety professional body
● Full UK driving licence
● Willingness to travel nationally
● Professional and client-focused approach
● Strong understanding of UK fire safety legislation and PAS 79 standards
