Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer

As a Fire and Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding of fire alarm and security systems across a range of commercial, industrial, and residential sites. Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on fire alarm, intruder alarm, and CCTV systems in line with relevant standards.
* Diagnose and resolve faults on a range of fire and security systems in a timely and professional manner.
* Complete accurate service records and site documentation following each visit.
* Liaise with clients on-site to communicate findings and any recommended remedial works.
* Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with current industry standards and health and safety requirements.
Experience and Certifications required:
* Minimum 3 years' experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm and/or security systems.
* Hands-on experience with fire alarm panels from manufacturers such as Hochiki, Gent, Kentec, or Advanced.
* Experience with intruder alarm and/or CCTV systems from manufacturers such as Texecom, Honeywell, or Hikvision.
* Full UK driving licence.
* FIA Level 3 or equivalent fire alarm qualification (desirable).
* NSI/SSAIB approved company experience (desirable).
