As an Embedded Security Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, and integration of electronic security systems across a range of commercial, corporate, and critical infrastructure environments. Responsibilities:
* Configure and programme access control and video management systems to meet project specifications.
* Carry out system integration, testing, and commissioning of security platforms across client sites.
* Liaise with project managers, installers, and end users to ensure smooth system deployments.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with security hardware and software.
* Produce accurate system documentation, including configuration records and handover packs.
Experience and Certifications required:
* Minimum 3 years' experience working with electronic security systems in a technical or engineering capacity.
* Hands-on experience with C-Cure access control platforms, including configuration and administration.
* Hands-on experience with Genetec Security Centre, including camera management and access control integration.
* Full UK driving licence.
* SIA licence (desirable).
* SSAIB or NSI accreditation awareness or FIA membership (desirable).
