Job Title: New Business Sales Executive – Fire & Security
Location: Thames Valley
Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 per annum
Are you a New Business Sales Executive based in the Thames Valley with a strong Fire & Security background? Looking to take ownership of a high-performance sales role where you can drive new business and maximise your earnings? As a New Business Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating and closing new opportunities, selling installation contracts across Fire & Security systems, and building long-term recurring revenue streams. You will be working for a leading Fire & Security specialist delivering large-scale system installations and maintenance solutions across commercial clients.
Responsibilities:
● Identify, target, and win new business opportunities across the Thames Valley
● Sell installation contracts across CCTV, fire alarms, intruder alarms, and access control systems
● Generate additional recurring revenue through maintenance and service contracts
● Achieve and exceed monthly new business targets (£55k installation order value)
● Consistently deliver against annual targets for revenue, gross margin, and recurring income
● Build and maintain a strong and active sales pipeline
● Conduct site surveys and client meetings to assess requirements and propose tailored solutions
● Apply technical Fire & Security knowledge to support the sales process
● Lead demand generation activity within your assigned territory
Experience and Certifications required:
● Proven experience in a new business sales role within Fire & Security
● Demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
● Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, fire alarms, intruder alarms, and access control systems
● Experience selling installation and/or maintenance contracts
● Highly motivated, target-driven, and competitive mindset
● Comfortable with regular travel and client-facing activity across the Thames Valley
