Job Title: Embedded Security Project Manager

Salary: £70,000 + Car Allowance

As an Embedded Security Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of security system installations across commercial, residential, and critical infrastructure projects, ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities:
* Manage the full project lifecycle for embedded security installations, from initial design review through to commissioning and handover.
* Coordinate and programme site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure works are delivered in line with agreed timescales and budgets.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project, maintaining clear and professional communication at all stages.
* Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and producing regular status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
* Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with relevant industry standards, health and safety legislation, and contractual requirements.
* Manage project financials including valuations, variations, and cost reporting to maintain profitability.
Experience and Certifications required:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a project management role within the fire and security or electronic security sector.
* Proven experience delivering projects involving integrated security systems such as CCTV, access control, intruder detection, and/or perimeter protection.
* Strong understanding of security system design, installation processes, and commissioning requirements.
* Full UK driving licence.
* PRINCE2 or PMP qualification (desirable).
* NSI or SSAIB-recognised project management experience (desirable).
