Job Title: QSHE Manager
Location: West Midlands
Salary: From £45,000 to £50,000 per annum
Are you looking for a QSHE Manager position working in the West Midlands? As a QSHE Manager, you will be responsible for driving quality, safety, health, and environmental standards across the business, leading management systems and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will be working for a leading infrastructure and engineering organisation focused on delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality operations.
Responsibilities:
● Lead and manage the Quality Management System across the business
● Support integrated management systems aligned to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
● Deliver internal audits and ensure compliance with QSHE standards
● Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
● Coach and support teams to embed a strong QSHE culture
● Oversee supplier compliance and performance
● Support board-level reporting, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives
Experience and Certifications required:
● A minimum of several years’ experience in QSHE, quality assurance, or compliance
● Strong knowledge of ISO frameworks, HSE legislation, and industry standards
● Professional qualifications such as NEBOSH, CQA, CMQ/OE, or ISO 9001 auditor
● Excellent communication, analytical, and influencing skills
● Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office 365
● Full UK driving licence
