Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day service and maintenance operations.
- Lead and support a team of service engineers.
- Ensure service delivery meets customer expectations and contractual requirements.
- Monitor engineer workloads and resource planning.
- Drive operational performance and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Experience and Certifications required:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a service management role.
- Previous experience within the Fire and Security industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
