Technical Resources is partnering with a leading provider of enterprise physical security systems to hire an EMEA Security Commissioning Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for the commissioning, configuration, and handover of complex security systems across multiple sites throughout the EMEA region, ensuring all installations meet the highest standards of performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- System Commissioning: Commission, configure, and test integrated security systems including access control, CCTV, and intruder detection across a portfolio of EMEA sites.
- Site Surveys & Installation Oversight: Conduct pre-commissioning site surveys and oversee installation activities carried out by local contractors and engineering teams.
- Stakeholder & Subcontractor Management: Liaise with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to coordinate commissioning schedules and ensure works are delivered on time and within scope.
- Technical Documentation & Reporting: Produce accurate commissioning records, handover packs, as-built drawings, and site reports in line with project requirements.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all systems are commissioned in accordance with relevant industry standards and client specifications, including adherence to regional health and safety regulations.
Experience & Qualifications Required
Essential:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Security Commissioning Engineer within the physical security industry.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with leading access control and video management platforms such as Lenel, CCure, Genetec, Milestone, or equivalent enterprise-grade systems.
- Project/Operational Scope: Proven track record of commissioning security systems on large-scale, multi-site projects across international or EMEA environments.
- Soft Skills: Strong client-facing communication skills, methodical fault-finding ability, and confidence working independently across varied site environments.
- Mobility & Eligibility: Valid EU passport or equivalent documentation permitting travel and work across the EMEA region.
Desirable:
- Certifications: SIA licence, CSCS/ECS card, or manufacturer-specific certifications relevant to access control or CCTV platforms.
- Sector Background: Prior experience on critical infrastructure, data centre, or large commercial enterprise projects across multiple countries.
