Job Title: Design Manager – Sprinkler Systems
Location: Midlands
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum
Are you an experienced Sprinkler Design Manager based in the Midlands? This is an exciting opportunity to lead on all design-related activities, compliance, and team development within a specialist fire protection division. You will be responsible for ensuring all design solutions meet the highest industry standards while supporting the growth and technical development of the design team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead sprinkler system design projects from concept through to completion.
- Ensure all designs comply with LPCB and BS standards.
- Manage and develop the sprinkler design team, promoting technical excellence, safety, and innovation.
- Liaise with clients, project managers, and site teams to deliver efficient, cost-effective design solutions.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Proven track record in sprinkler system design management.
- Strong knowledge of LPCB and BS standards.
- Experience leading a design team within the fire protection industry.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
