Job Title: Embedded Security Project Manager

As an Embedded Security Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of security integration projects across commercial, residential, and critical infrastructure environments, ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:
* Lead the full project lifecycle for embedded security installations, from initial design review and procurement through to commissioning and client handover.
* Manage project budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance, identifying and mitigating risks to programme delivery.
* Coordinate and direct site teams, subcontractors, and third-party suppliers to ensure work is carried out safely and in line with project specifications.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication on project progress, changes, and key milestones.
* Produce and maintain project documentation including programmes, risk registers, RAMS, and progress reports.
* Ensure all works are completed in compliance with relevant industry standards, health and safety legislation, and company procedures.
Experience and Certifications required:
* Proven experience in project management within the security or fire and security industry, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
* Hands-on knowledge of embedded security systems including CCTV, access control, intruder detection, and integrated solutions.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project budgets and subcontractor procurement.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently at client and director level.
* Full UK driving licence.
* SMSTS or PRINCE2/PMP qualification (desirable).
