Job Title: Fire & Security Service Manager
Location: Avon
Salary: From £70,000 per annum
Are you a Fire & Security Service Manager based in Avon? Looking for a role where you can take full ownership of a busy and profitable service division? As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading service delivery, managing engineering teams, and driving operational performance and growth. You will be working for a leading fire and security company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality service solutions.
Responsibilities:
● Manage the service division with full P&L responsibility
● Lead a team of service engineers and service desk staff
● Drive service delivery, operational efficiency, and revenue growth
● Recruit, develop, and retain engineering talent
● Implement training and development programmes
● Attend site visits and client meetings
● Build and maintain strong client relationships
Experience and Certifications required:
● Proven experience in a Service Manager or similar role
● Strong background in Fire & Security or Security systems
● Experience working in a service-led environment
● Experience managing engineers and service desk teams
● Strong commercial awareness with P&L responsibility
● Experience using SimPro (highly desirable)
