Job Title: Fire Alarm Small Works Manager
Location: London
Salary: From £45k To £55k per annum + Company Vehicle

As a Fire Alarm Small Works Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing installation projects, managing teams, and ensuring delivery across fire alarm and emergency lighting systems. You will be working for a leading fire protection specialist experiencing strong growth, offering the opportunity to lead and develop a key division within the business.
Responsibilities:
● Managing the day-to-day operations of the installation department
● Conducting site surveys and producing accurate project estimates
● Overseeing multiple projects ranging from one-day installs to four-week programmes (up to £100K)
● Attending client and site meetings to ensure smooth delivery
● Coordinating subcontractors and internal teams
● Providing leadership and support to sales staff
● Driving growth and continuous improvement within the installation function
Experience and Certifications required:
● A minimum of several years’ experience managing fire system installation projects
● Strong technical knowledge of fire alarms and emergency lighting systems
● Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (up to £100K)
● Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
