Commercial Sprinkler Project Manager Role Overview We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in sprinkler installations for commercial and residential projects. The role involves managing projects from design through to commissioning, ensuring systems are delivered on time, within budget, and fully compliant with LPC and British Standards. Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end management of commercial and residential sprinkler projects
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve successful delivery
Liaise with design teams, clients, contractors, and site teams
Ensure installations comply with LPCB, BS EN12845, and BS9251 standards
Provide leadership to site supervisors and installation teams
Oversee health & safety compliance and risk assessments on all projects
Manage client relationships and provide regular progress updates
Handle variations, contract administration, and project documentation
