About the Role

Technical Resources is partnering with a leading provider of enterprise physical security solutions to hire a Security Systems Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of access control and video management platforms, ensuring the integrity and availability of critical security infrastructure across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Systems Administration: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot access control and video management systems including CCure and Genetec platforms.
- User & Access Management: Administer user accounts, credential provisioning, and access permissions in line with security policies and operational requirements.
- Stakeholder Support: Liaise with facilities, IT, and security operations teams to ensure systems are aligned with business needs and site requirements.
- Technical Oversight & Reporting: Maintain accurate system documentation, produce regular performance and audit reports, and support incident investigations with relevant data exports.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all systems and processes adhere to relevant industry standards and internal security governance frameworks, supporting audit readiness at all times.
Experience & Qualifications Required
Essential:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Security Systems Administrator or in a similar role within the physical security industry.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with CCure 9000 and Genetec Security Center, including configuration, administration, and fault resolution.
- Project/Operational Scope: Proven track record managing access control and CCTV/VMS platforms within a corporate or enterprise environment.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Mobility & Eligibility: Right to Work in the UK at the time of application.
Desirable:
- Certifications: Genetec or CCure product certifications; SIA licence; CSCS card.
- Sector Background: Prior experience working within critical infrastructure, data centres, or large-scale commercial estate environments.
