Job Title: Working Supervisor

Rate: £280–£320 per day
Duration: 2-month contract
Are you an experienced Working Supervisor looking for your next contract in Bexhill-on-Sea? Technical Resources are recruiting for a Working Supervisor to oversee the delivery of structured cabling and access control installations at Bexhill Hospital. This is a hands-on role where you'll supervise installation works, ensure health and safety standards are maintained, and help deliver the project on time and to a high standard.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Supervise the installation of Cat6a structured cabling and Paxton access control systems.
- Act as the main point of contact between site operatives and project management.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and site procedures.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Provide hands-on support where required to maintain productivity on site.
- Ensure all installations meet project specifications and quality standards.
Experience required:
- Proven experience supervising structured cabling and/or access control installations.
- Experience with Cat6a structured cabling systems.
- Familiarity with Paxton access control systems.
- Strong understanding of site health and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience working within healthcare or live environments is advantageous.
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- Valid ECS or CSCS Card.
- SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme).
