In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and ongoing management of access control and video management platforms, ensuring secure and reliable system performance across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• System Administration: Manage and maintain access control and video management systems on a day-to-day basis, ensuring maximum uptime and system integrity.
• Configuration & Upgrades: Carry out system configuration, software updates, and user provisioning across security platforms in line with operational requirements.
• Stakeholder Support: Liaise with internal teams, end users, and third-party engineers to resolve system issues and fulfil access control requests in a timely manner.
• Technical Oversight & Reporting: Maintain accurate system records, produce regular operational reports, and contribute to audits and handover documentation.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all systems and processes adhere to relevant security standards, data protection requirements, and organisational policies.

Experience & Qualifications Required

Essential:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Security Systems Administrator or in a similar role within the physical security industry.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with CCure and Genetec platforms, including administration, configuration, and fault resolution.
• Project/Operational Scope: Proven track record managing access control and video management systems in a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Mobility & Eligibility: Right to Work in the UK at the time of application.

Desirable:

• Certifications: SIA licence, CSCS card, or vendor-specific certifications in CCure or Genetec.
• Sector Background: Prior experience working within critical infrastructure, data centres, or large-scale commercial environments.
