Job Title: AV Project Manager
Location: London & Home Counties
Salary: £48,000 to £53,000 + Travel Expenses
Are you an AV Project Manager based in London & Home Counties looking for your next opportunity? As an AV Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading high-end audio-visual and technology integration projects from design and planning through to commissioning and client handover, working across both premium domestic and commercial environments. You will join an established company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality AV and smart technology solutions to its customers.
Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple AV and technology integration projects simultaneously, with values ranging from £500k to £1m, taking full ownership from design through to installation, commissioning and handover.
* Act as the principal point of contact for clients and stakeholders, leading project meetings and maintaining clear, professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
* Coordinate in-house design, CAD, engineering, programming and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the approved design.
* Hold full profit and loss responsibility for assigned projects, monitoring costs, resources and deadlines while identifying and resolving risks and dependencies.
* Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules and delivery plans, and support testing, commissioning and formal client handover.
* Work closely with the aftercare team to ensure a smooth transition into ongoing client support, while upholding quality, health and safety, environmental and information security standards throughout.
Experience and Certifications required:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager or Project Coordinator, ideally within AV, smart home, building services, construction or a closely related technical field.
* Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across a busy project portfolio.
* Commercial awareness and experience of managing project budgets, cost control and programme scheduling.
* Experience with or working knowledge of AV and automation systems such as Crestron, Lutron, Control4, KNX or similar is advantageous; full training will be provided.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites across London and the Home Counties.
* PRINCE2 or PMP qualification (desirable); SMSTS or SSSTS (desirable).
