Job Title: Professional Services Engineer
Location: Isle of Man
Salary: £59,000 per annum
Are you a Professional Services Engineer with Unified Communications experience looking for your next opportunity in the Isle of Man? As a Professional Services Engineer, you will support the delivery and implementation of enterprise communication and collaboration solutions across a range of customer environments. You will be working for a customer-focused technology business delivering modern unified communications services and solutions.
Responsibilities:
● Support and implement unified communications solutions for enterprise customers
● Work closely with Professional Services Consultants to deliver end-to-end project support
● Act as a technical point of contact throughout implementation and service delivery
● Communicate with customers regarding delivery plans, project updates, and next steps
● Maintain accurate documentation, ticket updates, and technical handovers using systems including ServiceNow, IT Glue, and Network Glue
● Identify project risks early and escalate issues where required
● Support services within agreed budgets and governance processes
● Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota for Unified Communications services
Experience and Certifications required:
● A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar Unified Communications or telecommunications role
● Strong understanding of telecommunications and application delivery methodologies
● Hands-on experience with SIP and VoIP systems
● Experience working with Mitel, Ribbon, SIP trunking, and Microsoft voice products
● Strong communication and customer service skills
● Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
● SSCA certification is desirable
● Ribbon SBCE20 certification desirable
● MS700 certification is desirable
● AZ900 certification desirable
● Mitel Certified Associate qualifications desirable
● Basic Police Disclosure required
