Job Title: Security Installation Engineer
Location: Snodland, Kent
Rate: £220 per day
Are you a Security Installation Engineer based in Kent looking for your next contract opportunity? As a Security Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of security systems across a range of commercial and residential sites throughout Surrey and South London. You will be joining an established company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality fire and security solutions to its customers.
Responsibilities:
* Install, configure and commission Intruder Alarm systems to manufacturer and industry standards.
* Install and set up Access Control systems, including readers, controllers and door hardware.
* Install CCTV systems, including cameras, recording equipment and network infrastructure.
* Carry out cable runs, containment and termination works to a high standard.
* Conduct testing and handover of completed security installations with end users.
* Ensure all work is completed in line with relevant health and safety requirements.
Experience and Certifications required:
* Proven experience as a Security Installation Engineer, with hands-on knowledge of Intruder Alarms, Access Control and CCTV systems.
* Experience working across a range of commercial and residential sites.
* Ability and willingness to travel and work across Surrey and South London.
* Full UK driving licence.
* ECS or CSCS card (required).
* FIA or NSI/SSAIB recognised installer qualification (desirable).
