Job Title: Security Systems Administrator
Location: London
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000
Are you a Security Systems Administrator based in London looking for your next opportunity? As a Security Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and administration of access control and security management systems across a range of commercial and corporate sites. Responsibilities:
* Administer and maintain Ccure and Genetec security management platforms on a day-to-day basis.
* Configure access control permissions, user profiles, and system settings in line with client requirements.
* Monitor system performance and carry out fault diagnosis, escalating issues where necessary.
* Liaise with internal teams and clients to support system upgrades, integrations, and new installations.
* Produce and maintain accurate system documentation, including user guides and configuration records.
* Provide technical support and training to end users on security systems functionality.
Experience and Certifications required:
* Proven experience in a Security Systems Administrator or similar role within the fire and security sector.
* Hands-on experience with Ccure and Genetec platforms, including configuration and user management.
* Experience supporting access control and video management systems across multi-site environments.
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
* Genetec Certified Operator or Genetec Certified Technician qualification (desirable).
* SIA licence or NSI/SSAIB-recognised training (desirable).
