Job Title: Security Systems Administrator
Location: London
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000

As a Security Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and day-to-day administration of access control and video management systems across a range of commercial, corporate, and high-security sites. Responsibilities:
* Administer and maintain access control and video management platforms, including user accounts, permissions, and system configurations.
* Monitor system performance and carry out routine health checks to ensure platforms are operating effectively.
* Respond to system faults and support requests, diagnosing and resolving issues in a timely manner.
* Coordinate with on-site teams and engineers to support the installation and integration of new hardware and software.
* Produce and maintain accurate system documentation, including configuration records and audit logs.
* Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver system changes and updates in line with requirements.
Experience and Certifications required:
* Proven experience in a Security Systems Administrator or similar role within the fire and security industry.
* Hands-on experience with C·CURE 9000 access control software, including configuration and user management.
* Demonstrable experience with Genetec Security Center, including camera management and access control integration.
* Strong understanding of IP networking principles as they apply to security systems.
* Full UK driving licence.
* FIA membership or relevant industry qualification (desirable).
