* Coordinate and support other Project Managers, allocating work, monitoring progress and resolving issues, risks or delays as they arise.
* Manage project programmes, budgets, resources and health and safety requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
* Review and approve project documentation including programmes, RAMS and completion records.
* Report project performance and commercial matters to the Programme Manager on a regular basis.
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to maintain clear communication and strong stakeholder relationships across all projects.
Experience and Certifications required:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within the security sector, with a track record of delivering multiple concurrent projects.
* Demonstrable experience coordinating and assigning work to other Project Managers or project teams.
* Strong project planning, commercial control and reporting skills, with the ability to manage budgets and programmes effectively.
* Experience working with security systems such as access control, CCTV, intruder alarms, perimeter security or integrated security solutions; fire alarm or electrical contracting experience is also welcomed.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across North Wales, Liverpool and other UK locations, with overnight stays when required.
* SMSTS or PMP/Prince2 qualification (desirable).
