Job Title: Security Small Works Manager

Salary: £45,000 + Overtime

As a Security Small Works Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of small works projects and commissioning activities across a range of commercial and industrial sites, ensuring installations are completed on time, to specification, and to the highest standard. Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end delivery of security small works projects, from initial scoping through to completion and sign-off.
* Oversee commissioning activities across multiple sites, ensuring systems are fully tested and handed over in line with client requirements.
* Coordinate engineers and subcontractors, allocating resource effectively to meet project timelines and budgets.
* Liaise with clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates and resolving issues promptly.
* Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with relevant industry standards, health and safety regulations, and company procedures.
* Maintain accurate project documentation including risk assessments, method statements, and commissioning records.
Experience and Certifications required:
* Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience in the security industry, including installation and commissioning of electronic security systems.
* Proven experience with intruder alarm, access control, and CCTV systems from leading manufacturers.
* Demonstrated ability to manage or coordinate small works projects, or a strong desire to move into a supervisory role.
* Full UK driving licence.
* ECS/CSCS Card (desirable).
* FIA Fire and Security Technician qualification or equivalent security industry certification (desirable).
