Job Title: Professional Services Engineer
Location: South-East / Hybrid
Salary: From £55,000 To £65,000 per annum + Car or Car Allowance
Are you looking for a Professional Services Engineer position working in the South-East / Hybrid? As a Professional Services Engineer, you will take ownership of technical delivery and aftercare activities, including system migrations, upgrades, and support for enterprise-level security systems.
Responsibilities:
● Take ownership of technical delivery and aftercare activities, including system migrations, upgrades, and remote support
● Lead deployment, installation, and configuration of hardware, software, and cloud-based security solutions
● Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
● Customise solutions to meet client-specific requirements, including scripting and system integrations
● Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to optimise system performance
● Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and implement preventative solutions
● Support Commercial and Aftercare teams with client meetings, demonstrations, system redesigns, and FAT testing
Experience and Certifications required:
● A minimum of proven experience working with enterprise-level security systems
● Strong knowledge of Access Control and CCTV systems
● Experience with systems such as Lenel, Genetec, or C-Cure
● Good understanding of SQL Servers and networking
