Job Title: Security Systems Manager
Location: South London or Kent
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum
Are you a Security Systems Manager based in South London or Kent, looking for your next leadership opportunity? As a Security Systems Manager, you will oversee the delivery and maintenance of security systems projects while managing a team of engineers and supervisors. You will be working for a well-established Fire, Security, and Electrical business experiencing continued organic growth across the South East.
Responsibilities:
● Manage and support a team of engineers and supervisors
● Oversee project delivery and maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance with NSI standards
● Manage existing contracts and support contract growth opportunities
● Audit installation and maintenance works to ensure health and safety compliance
● Act as the technical escalation point for security systems issues
● Support estimating and procurement activities where required
● Ensure projects and maintenance activities are delivered to a high operational standard
Experience and Certifications required:
● A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management or supervisory role within a technical environment
● Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems
● Experience with enterprise-level security systems would be advantageous
● ECS Card or SSSTS/SMSTS certification
● Good understanding of industry regulations and NSI compliance requirements
● Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
