Job Title: Revit Technician
Location: Hybrid – 1–2 days per week in the London office, remainder working from home
Rate: £280–£300 per day
Duration: 8-week contract
Are you an experienced Revit Technician looking for your next hybrid contract in London? Technical Resources are recruiting for a Revit Technician to support the delivery of security system projects by producing high-quality design documentation. You'll work closely with a Security System Designer to develop coordinated drawings for CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems using Revit 2022 and Revit 2026.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Produce design documentation using Revit 2022 and Revit 2026.
- Develop security system layouts for CCTV, Access Control and associated infrastructure.
- Produce drawings from technical guidance provided by the Security System Designer.
- Coordinate with designers and CAD teams to ensure drawings are accurate and fully coordinated.
- Attend regular Teams meetings and project calls to support collaboration and project delivery.
Experience required:
- Proven experience producing design documentation using Revit.
- Experience working on MEP or electrical design projects.
- Strong knowledge of Revit 2022 and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a project team.
- Based within a commutable distance of London and comfortable with hybrid working.
- Experience producing documentation for CCTV, Access Control or Intruder Alarm systems is advantageous.
- Familiarity with security system design workflows is desirable.
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- Experience using Revit 2022 and Revit 2026.
- Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Revit licence is beneficial but can be provided if required.
