I specialise in Fire & Security service contract recruitment, supporting Fire & Security service and maintenance engineers across the UK. My role focuses on delivering reliable, compliant engineering resource for ongoing service, maintenance, and reactive contracts within the Fire & Security sector.

I manage the full contractor resourcing and qualification process, from the initial conversation and skills assessment through to onboarding, contract delivery, and completion. This ensures Fire & Security service engineers are fully vetted, suitably experienced, and aligned to each contract requirement, creating a smooth experience for both engineers and clients.

For clients, I focus on account management within Fire & Security service and maintenance contracts, ensuring a consistently high standard of delivery from all engineers supplied. I maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, proactively identify new requirements, and create additional Fire & Security contract vacancies to support business growth and long-term workforce planning.
