Meet our Associate Resourcer, Ana Perea
Fire & Security Permanent Recruitment Specialist
I specialise in Fire & Security permanent recruitment, supporting skilled professionals and employers across the UK Fire & Security industry. Working within the permanent division, I focus on building strong foundations within a specialist market and delivering quality-led recruitment solutions.
Matching Fire & Security Professionals with the Right Long-Term Roles
I work closely with Fire & Security candidates, qualifying their skills, experience, and career goals to match them with the best Fire & Security employers for long-term opportunities. My focus is on ensuring candidates are aligned with the right roles and businesses, creating future-proof career moves rather than short-term placements.
Supplying Experienced Fire & Security Talent for Clients
For clients, I provide access to highly experienced Fire & Security professionals who meet both the technical and cultural requirements of their business. By understanding company needs and role expectations, I help deliver permanent Fire & Security recruitment solutions that support long-term growth and stability.
Building Strong Relationships in Fire & Security Recruitment
What I enjoy most about recruitment is connecting with people and building strong, long-lasting relationships with both candidates and clients. Delivering a positive, transparent recruitment experience and ensuring both sides feel supported throughout the process is what motivates me every day.
A Skill Beyond Recruitment
Outside of recruitment, I run my own hairdressing side business, working with personal clients and developing a creative skill that has nothing to do with my day-to-day role but still relies on relationship-building and trust.
