I specialise in telecommunications recruitment, supporting clients and candidates across a wide range of roles, from network engineering to project delivery within the telecoms industry. My focus is on connecting skilled professionals with leading companies within the telecommunications sector.

This is my first role in recruitment, where I’ve quickly developed a strong understanding of the telecommunications market and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.

I support candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, from understanding their career goals and matching them with suitable telecoms roles, to providing interview guidance and ongoing communication to ensure a smooth experience.

I work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and business objectives, delivering high-quality candidates who are the right fit both technically and culturally, while keeping the process efficient and straightforward.

I enjoy building relationships and helping people take the next step in their careers, while also supporting businesses in securing the right talent to grow their teams.

I previously worked in estate agency, where I developed strong communication and negotiation skills that I now bring into recruitment.
