Meet our Managing Director, David Bowles

I am the Managing Director, supporting all divisions across the business and drawing on a strong foundation in contract recruitment. My role focuses on shaping strategy, enhancing team performance, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. I work closely with our management team to ensure we consistently deliver high-quality recruitment solutions to both clients and candidates.

A Proud and Exciting Milestone

I feel really proud and genuinely excited. It’s a role I’ve grown into through hands-on experience over the years, starting at 19 with no formal plan but a lot of drive and determination. Now, being in a position where I can help shape the future of the business and support the team really means something to me. It feels like a natural step forward, and I’m energised by the opportunity to make a real impact.

Driving Growth, Service, and Performance

My goals in this role are to strengthen how we support both clients and candidates, improve the quality and consistency of our service, and help the business grow in a sustainable way. I want to make sure clients receive a more proactive, responsive, and consultative recruitment service, while candidates benefit from better communication, stronger guidance, and access to opportunities that genuinely match their skills and ambitions. I also want to continue improving team performance, service standards, and the overall experience we provide throughout the recruitment process. I am also passionate about building high-performance teams and fostering a culture that drives results. I collaborate with each division to improve productivity, support career progression, and maintain a high-performance environment.
