I work within the contract team across the F&S Senior, Fire Protection and Utilities divisions. I specialise in placing candidates into roles that suit their skillset, building a structured network that reliably supports both candidates and clients.

After studying Economics at university, I started my recruitment career at Technical Resources. Working with the team, I've developed my client relationship management, candidate assessment and industry knowledge.

Finding the correct opportunity for each candidate is key. I qualify their ambitions and experience to make sure each vacancy suits them. I work closely with candidates so they feel informed, prepared and confident at every stage of the process.

By making sure each candidate is the right fit, clients can be confident that everyone I place has been properly evaluated and has the experience to fulfil the requirements and deliver immediately.

I love the fast-paced nature of contract recruitment. It lets me support everyone involved proactively and deliver tangible results consistently. I've always believed success is built through small, incremental actions, and recruitment rewards that mindset.

I love all sports. Whether it's football, golf, basketball or darts, I'll probably be playing or watching it.
