About the Role

Are you an experienced Site Supervisor looking for your next opportunity?

Technical Resources is partnering with a leading provider of mechanical and electrical installation services to hire a Site Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Manage and coordinate on-site activities across all trades, ensuring works progress in line with the project programme and specifications.
• Workforce Management: Direct and supervise subcontractors, operatives, and direct labour, maintaining productivity and discipline on site.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, project managers, and main contractors to ensure clear communication and alignment on deliverables.
• Technical Oversight & Reporting: Maintain accurate site records, produce progress reports, and support handover documentation and snagging completion.
• Quality & Compliance: Enforce adherence to Health & Safety legislation, site-specific risk assessments, method statements, and relevant industry standards.

Experience & Qualifications Required

Essential:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Site Supervisor within the construction or M&E industry.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience managing multi-trade sites including electrical, mechanical, or civil works within commercial or infrastructure environments.
• Project/Operational Scope: Proven track record supervising site operations from mobilisation through to practical completion.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the wider project team.
• Mobility & Eligibility: Right to Work in the UK; ability to travel to sites across the North of England as required.

Desirable:

• Certifications: SMSTS, CSCS Gold Card (Supervisory), First Aid at Work.
• Sector Background: Prior experience on commercial fit-out, critical infrastructure, or utilities projects in the North West region.
