Challenge

Syncro Fire & Security Ltd was assigned a substantial project in North London with strict timelines, involving the installation of Fire, Intruder, CCTV, and Access Control systems at a construction site. Despite having an excellent network of PAYE employees and subcontractors, they soon recognised that they could not provide enough workforce to meet the deadline set.


Solution

Having already established a great partnership with Technical Resources in the past, the company knew we would be able to supply them with the top available candidates and do all necessary vetting. As they were a predominantly Northern-based company, it was extremely valuable that we could supply local London-based engineers to commute to this site each day and not require accommodation.
