Job Title: Service Manager – Fire & Security
Location: London/South-East
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Package (DOE)

Are you a Service Manager – Fire & Security based in London/South-East looking for your next opportunity? As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the service and maintenance operation of fire and security systems across a range of commercial, residential, and public sector sites, ensuring contracts are delivered to the highest standard and customer relationships are maintained. You will be joining an established company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality fire and security solutions to its customers.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the day-to-day service operation, including scheduling and coordination of engineers across the London/South-East region.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling escalations and ensuring service level agreements are consistently met.
* Monitor and report on contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions where required.
* Oversee the maintenance, repair, and reactive callout of fire alarm, intruder alarm, access control, and CCTV systems.
* Support the recruitment, development, and performance management of the service engineering team.
* Work closely with the sales and projects teams to ensure a smooth handover of new contracts into the service division.

Experience and Certifications required:

* Minimum 5 years' experience in the fire and security industry, with at least 2 years in a service management or supervisory role.
* Demonstrable knowledge of fire alarm systems, intruder alarms, access control, and CCTV from leading manufacturers such as Gent, Advanced, Honeywell, or Texecom.
* Proven experience managing service contracts and engineering teams in a field-based environment.
* Strong understanding of relevant standards including BS 5839, BS 8243, and BS EN 50131.
* Full UK driving licence.
* FIA qualifications (desirable).
