Job Title: Security Systems Administrator
Location: London
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000
Are you a Security Systems Administrator based in London looking for your next opportunity? As a Security Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise security systems across a range of commercial and corporate sites. Responsibilities:
* Administer and maintain access control and video management systems, including CCure and Genetec platforms, ensuring optimal performance at all times.
* Configure and manage user accounts, access levels, and permissions across security systems in line with client requirements.
* Monitor system health, carry out routine audits, and troubleshoot faults to minimise downtime and maintain site security integrity.
* Liaise with internal teams and clients to support system upgrades, expansions, and integrations.
* Produce and maintain accurate system documentation, including configuration records and change logs.
* Support the onboarding of new sites and assist with the commissioning and testing of security equipment as required.
Experience and Certifications required:
* Proven experience in a Security Systems Administrator or similar role, with hands-on knowledge of CCure and Genetec platforms.
* Experience configuring and managing access control and CCTV systems within a corporate or enterprise environment.
* Strong understanding of IP networking principles as they relate to security system infrastructure.
* Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities simultaneously, with excellent attention to detail.
* SIA Licence (desirable).
* FIA or BSIA-recognised security systems qualification (desirable).
