Job Title: Security Small Works Manager

Salary: £45,000 + Overtime
Are you a Security Small Works Manager based in Yorkshire looking for your next opportunity? As a Security Small Works Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of small works projects across a range of commercial and industrial sites, commissioning security systems and ensuring works are completed on time, to specification, and to a high standard. Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end delivery of security small works projects, from initial scoping through to commissioning and handover.
* Commission intruder alarm, access control, and CCTV systems across multiple sites, ensuring all works meet customer and industry standards.
* Coordinate engineers and subcontractors to ensure projects are resourced effectively and completed within agreed timescales.
* Liaise with clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing clear updates and resolving any on-site issues as they arise.
* Maintain accurate project documentation including risk assessments, method statements, and commissioning records.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and support the growth of the small works division.
Experience and Certifications required:
* Minimum 3 years' experience working within the security industry, with a proven track record of delivering small works or similar projects.
* Hands-on experience commissioning intruder alarm, access control, and/or CCTV systems from leading manufacturers such as Honeywell, Galaxy, Paxton, or Genetec.
* Demonstrated ability to manage engineers and coordinate multiple jobs simultaneously.
* Full UK driving licence.
* NSI or SSAIB installer certification (desirable).
* FIA Fire and Security Fundamentals or equivalent security industry qualification (desirable).
