Job Title: Security Project Manager
Location: Berkshire / West London
Salary: £70,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance
Are you a Security Project Manager based in Berkshire or West London looking for your next opportunity? As a Security Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of security installations across a range of commercial, corporate, and high-value residential sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Responsibilities:
* Manage the full project lifecycle for security system installations, including CCTV, access control, and intruder detection, from initial survey through to handover.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, programmes, and budgets, ensuring all milestones are met and any risks are identified and mitigated.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project, providing regular progress updates and managing expectations professionally.
* Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site engineers, ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with specification.
* Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment, ensuring availability in line with project timelines.
* Ensure all projects are delivered in compliance with relevant industry standards, health and safety regulations, and company procedures.
Experience and Certifications required:
* Proven experience of at least 3–5 years managing security projects, including CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems.
* Demonstrable knowledge of leading security system manufacturers and platforms such as Genetec, Lenel, Gallagher, or equivalent.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
* Full UK driving licence, with the ability to travel across sites in Berkshire and West London.
* PRINCE2 or PMP qualification (desirable).
* NSI or SSAIB installer accreditation awareness, or FIA membership (desirable).
