Job Title: Security Project Manager
Location: Berkshire / West London
Salary: £70,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance
Are you a Security Project Manager based in Berkshire or West London looking for your next opportunity? As a Security Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of security systems projects, managing programmes across commercial, corporate, and critical infrastructure environments from initial design and procurement through to commissioning and handover. Responsibilities:
* Manage the full project lifecycle for security systems installations, including CCTV, access control, intruder detection, and integrated systems, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate project activities and maintain clear communication throughout each stage of the programme.
* Produce and maintain project documentation including programmes, risk registers, method statements, and O&M manuals.
* Monitor project costs, manage variations, and report on financial performance against agreed budgets.
* Conduct site visits to oversee installation and commissioning activities, ensuring work meets technical specifications and quality standards.
* Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with relevant health and safety legislation and company procedures.
Experience and Certifications required:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a project management role within the security systems industry.
* Proven experience delivering projects involving CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems across commercial or corporate environments.
* Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets and subcontractor relationships.
* Full UK driving licence.
* SMSTS or SSSTS (desirable).
* NSI or BSIA membership/accreditation awareness; Prince2 or equivalent project management qualification (desirable).
